Para Consulting Services, LLC (PCS) is a certified project management firm established in the DFW market in 2014. In response to the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, PCS restructured its focus to pursue opportunity in the higher education, heavy civil and aviation sectors. Company leadership carries decades of commercial, federal and high end development experience placing nearly $500M of construction across the nation.
TARA DAVIS
Tara entered the industry as a field clerk for one of the nation’s leading design build firms gaining the administrative capacity required to lead a successful company. She spent several years as executive for government contractor overseeing federal contracts for USACE, FDA and GSA. Tara has acquired her Texas real estate license to assist in site selection, development, sales/purchasing and property management.
She is also a principal of a social enterprise attacking the current affordable housing crisis.
EARL DAVIS
Earl is CMAA-certified Construction Manager responsible for onsite and administrative project management services for PCS projects. After utilizing his academic scholarship to procure his BS in Civil Engineering, he entered the construction market with a firm ranked by ENR as a Top 10 Design-Build companies in the nation. During this time Earl gained certification as a LEED Accredited Professional and provided onsite and remote project management for K-12, multiple industrial projects and luxury multi-family construction. Earl’s career path lead him into the commercial development sector developing Class A office buildings and a >$300M outdoor retail facility in Texas.
He subsequently entered the federal market as principal of federal GC where he served as JV Manager for government contracts totaling >$100M. These contracts all gained a performance rating of ‘Satisfactory’ or better.
